Administrative Assistant—Use your gifts to be a blessing to the congregation and community

St. John Lutheran Church (Ashwaubenon) seeks a faithful individual to serve as Administrative Assistant for the congregation. The Administrative Assistant runs the church office, handles administrative responsibilities, and provides a wide range of support to the Pastor, church staff, and members of the congregation so the congregation can faithfully live out its mission, Sharing the Bread of Life.

The position is generally 20-24 hours per week. While there are key times during the week that the Administrative Assistant will be expected to have “open office hours,” the position will have some flexibility regarding number of hours weekly and when the work is to be accomplished.
